Boothby Graffoe
Boothby Graffoe, born James Rogers in Hull, blends stand-up, guitar-driven songs and freewheeling audience interaction into a style that refuses to follow a conventional set structure. A cult favourite at the Edinburgh Fringe for decades, he's won the Adelaide Fringe Award for Excellence and a Time Out Comedy Award, appeared on Sky's The Alternative Comedy Experience, and built a following for original comic songs like Umbrella Head Boy and Planet Dog. He's even collaborated with Canadian band Barenaked Ladies. Genuinely unpredictable, warm, and unlike anything else on the bill.
