Lost Voice Guy
Lost Voice Guy is the stage name of Lee Ridley, who has cerebral palsy and communicates using a text-to-speech app, building sharp, pre-programmed one-liners into a fast, distinctive style that turns his communication aid into the punchline delivery system. He began performing stand-up in 2012 after being challenged by Ross Noble, and in June 2018 made history by winning Britain's Got Talent — the first stand-up comedian, and first person with cerebral palsy, to take the title. He's since co-written and starred in the BBC Radio 4 sitcom Ability and published his first book, I'm Only In It For The Parking. Dry, self-aware, and completely one of a kind.
