Markus Birdman
Markus Birdman came up through art school, graffiti art and a stint as Glastonbury Festival Poetry Slam Champion before he ever picked up a microphone, and that image-driven storytelling has carried him through more than two decades on the circuit. He is a veteran of eleven solo Edinburgh Fringe shows and a headliner at the Comedy Store, Komedia and Soho Theatre, and became one of the first British comics to release his own Netflix special, Live in Amsterdam. In 2023 he reached the Britain's Got Talent semi-final with a standing-ovation set about surviving a stroke. A genuine headline name with real depth behind the punchlines.
