Nick Doody has been performing stand-up since the 1990s, when, still a student, Bill Hicks personally asked him to support on stage. He reached the final of Channel 4's So You Think You're Funny? and has spent the decades since touring as a headline act while building one of the most respected writing careers in British comedy, with credits on Have I Got News for You, The News Quiz and 8 Out of 10 Cats, plus jokes written for Joan Rivers and Lenny Henry. His solo Edinburgh show Before He Kills Again sold out its entire run before transferring to Soho Theatre.
