Tal Davies has been on the UK circuit since 2019, building a following for cringe-worthy personal anecdotes delivered with dry, deadpan observational wit and a distinctive Brummie voice. She's picked up a string of recognitions, including Best Breakthrough Act at the Midlands Comedy Awards, a British Comedian of the Year semi-final place and a Funny Women "One to Watch." Her writing has caught the attention of BBC Writersroom, who selected her for a regional new writers programme, and she was commissioned to write a comedy drama short for BBC Three. In 2026 she was picked as one of Chortle's Hotshots ahead of her first full Fringe show.
